About Noodoll
Noodoll is a London-based design brand founded by Yiying Wang while studying at Central Saint Martins. Drawing on the food and culture of her native Taiwan, Yiying created the Ricemonsters, a cast of characters living in the imaginary Ricetown, and brought them to life as plush toys in 2009. The same team of skilled craftswomen who joined the Noodoll story in 2011 still make every toy by hand in a small ethical factory in Taiwan.

Ricespud is the brand's most collectable character, a soft, chubby couch potato who comes dressed for every occasion. Our Noodoll range includes the Hot Spud Summer capsule collection, the Woodland series, the mischievous Potato Gang, and occasion favourites including Grandpa, Grandma, Cupid and Graduate Ricespud. Alongside the Ricespud range, the classic Ricedino brings the original Ricemonster spirit to new collectors.
Ethical, inclusive and made to last
Every Noodoll character is gender neutral, CE and EN71 certified safe from birth, and holds the Toymark award from Let Toys Be Toys for inclusive play. Each toy is built to last a lifetime. If a toy ever needs a little care, Noodoll's Friends for Life programme offers free repairs, because these are companions for life, not just for Christmas.
