At Kismet Furnishings Ltd, we want to ensure you are satisfied with your purchase. Please read our returns policy carefully:
1. No Refunds for Change of Mind
- We do not offer refunds for items unless they are faulty or misdescribed.
- If you change your mind, we are happy to offer an exchange or a credit note, provided the conditions in Section 4 are met.
2. Faulty, Damaged, or Misdescribed Items
- If an item is faulty, damaged, or not as described, you are entitled to a refund, repair, or replacement under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
- Faulty items can be returned within 30 days of purchase for a full refund.
- After 30 days, we may offer a repair, replacement, or partial refund if the issue cannot be resolved.
3. Sale or Reduced Items
- Sale or reduced items are non-refundable unless they are faulty or misdescribed.
- If a defect was clearly communicated at the time of purchase, the item cannot be returned for that specific issue.
4. Conditions for Exchanges or Credit Notes
To qualify for an exchange or credit note:
- The item must be returned within 14 days of purchase.
- The item must be in its original condition, unused, and with all packaging and tags intact.
- Proof of purchase (e.g., receipt or bank statement) is required.
5. Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns or exchanges for:
- Perishable goods.
- Personalised or custom-made items.
- Items with hygiene considerations (e.g., bedding some clothing, jewellery), unless faulty.
6. Proof of Purchase
Proof of purchase is required for all returns or exchanges. Accepted forms of proof include:
- Your original receipt.
- A bank statement showing the purchase.
7. Refund Method for Faulty Items
Refunds for faulty items will be processed using the original payment method (e.g., cash or card).
