Last Shipping Dates for Christmas / Click & Collect
Christmas Delivery Cutoff
To ensure delivery by Christmas, please place your order by the 18th of December. We will continue to dispatch items as usual after this date, but please note that delivery delays beyond our control may occur, and the responsibility for these delays lies with the courier.
Click & Collect
For those opting for Click & Collect, orders can be placed up until 12:00 am on Christmas Eve for same-day collection by 3:00 pm. Our store will close at 4:00 pm on Christmas Eve, so please collect any last-minute orders promptly.

What Shipping Methods Are Available?
We currently have, standard shipping fee of £3.95 or Free when you spend £35* or more (Mainland UK only).
Northern Ireland standard shipping is £5.95** regardless of spend.
*Excludes heavy, Large & Fragile items. A £9.99 shipping fee will be applied to the order if it contains any of these items.

Click & Collect?
We are now operating a Click and Collect service. Just select "Pick Up" at the checkout. Once your order is ready we will send you a notification with a collection time. Please. Do not visit the store until you have been contacted with a collection time. If you have not received a collection time within 24 hours of placing your order please contact us
Do you ship internationally?
Unfortunatley we only offer shipping to the UK
What payment methods are accepted?
We currenlty accept the following payment providers. Visa, Mastercard, American Express,Paypal, Google Pay, Apple Pay & Klarna
Exchanges/Returns
Refunds can be requested within 14 days of the date of despatch, and exchanged within 30 days from the date of despatch. If you choose to exchange your item outside of the 14 day refund policy, a refund will not be offered for the exchanged item unless the product is faulty.
Please note, orders can only be refunded once received back at our store and has been returned in the same condition it was sent out with any seals still in tact.
Unfortunately we cannot accept returns of earrings. This is for hygiene reasons and doesn't affect your statutory rights. We cannot accept items that have been engraved, personalised or altered.
Except in relation to faulty or incorrectly supplied goods, where your statutory rights are unaffected, personalised goods made to a customer's specifications may not be returned. When your item is a special ordered large item, we do not keep stock of this item and we will raise an order through a supplier direct to you. In such cases you may not be able to return your goods if they are unwanted, however if you experience problems with your goods or order then please contact us.
Please Note: When processing your return we may need to speak with you before we are able to complete the process. If we are unable to make contact with you within 14 days of receiving your item(s), we will return it to the delivery address linked to the order.

Any order that contains a Heavy, Large & Fragile item will be subject to a delivey fee of £9.99
