Last Shipping Dates for Christmas / Click & Collect
Christmas Delivery Cutoff
To ensure delivery by Christmas, please place your order by the 17th of December. We will continue to dispatch items as usual after this date, but please note that delivery delays beyond our control may occur, and the responsibility for these delays lies with the courier.
Click & Collect
For those opting for Click & Collect, orders can be placed up until 12:00 am on Christmas Eve for same-day collection by 3:00 pm. Our store will close at 4:00 pm on Christmas Eve, so please collect any last-minute orders promptly.

What Shipping Methods Are Available?
We currently have, standard shipping fee of £4.50 or Free when you spend £40* or more (Mainland UK only).
Northern Ireland standard shipping is £9.95** regardless of spend.
*Excludes heavy, Large & Fragile items. A £12.99 shipping fee will be applied to the order if it contains any of these items.

Click & Collect?
We are now operating a Click and Collect service. Just select "Pick Up" at the checkout. Once your order is ready we will send you a notification with a collection time. Please. Do not visit the store until you have been contacted with a collection time. If you have not received a collection time within 24 hours of placing your order please contact us
Do you ship internationally?
Unfortunatley we only offer shipping to the UK
What payment methods are accepted?
We currenlty accept the following payment providers. Visa, Mastercard, American Express,Paypal, Google Pay, Apple Pay & Klarna
Exchanges/Returns
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
You then have a further 14 days to return the item to us.
Refunds can be requested within 14 days of receiving your order. Exchanges can be requested within 30 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return:
Items must be unused and in the same condition they were received
Items must be returned in original packaging with any seals intact
Proof of purchase is required
Refunds will only be processed once the item has been received back at our store and inspected.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and customisation reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
Earrings (unless faulty)
Personalised, engraved or altered items
Sealed items where the seal has been broken (where not suitable for return for hygiene reasons)
This does not affect your statutory rights.
Special Order Items
Some large or special-order items may be shipped directly from our supplier.
If an item is made to order or sourced specifically for you, it may not be eligible for return unless faulty or incorrectly supplied.
If you have any issues with your order, please contact us and we will always aim to help.
Delivery Charges & Partial Returns
If your order qualified for free delivery and you return part of your order, bringing the remaining order value below the free delivery threshold, we reserve the right to deduct the original delivery cost from your refund.
If you return your full order, the standard delivery charge paid (if applicable) will be refunded. Any upgraded or express delivery services are non-refundable.
Return Shipping
Unless the item is faulty or incorrect, you are responsible for the cost of returning your item.
We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
Processing Your Return
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method and may take a few working days to appear, depending on your bank.
